and the
Italian track is hidden despite being written as available on the covers. 
This remuxed Custom Menu release has all
audio and subtitle tracks unhidden. 
So not existing any removing tool for the Cinavia watermark as of now the only
way 
to add an English audio track without Cinavia was that of resynching the 
DVD English AC3 5.1 audio
track. Making Of and Deleted Scenes have been added too.

Notes2: Multiple subtitles for most languages is
because there are: 
normal subtitles/forced subtitles/commentary subtitles
You should select the forced
subtitles manually for your language. The forced ones
are those that have lowest bitrate like these: 
Subtitle: English / 1,380 kbps ; Subtitle: French / 1,740 kbps ; Subtitle: German / 2,063 kbps
Subtitle: Italian

Regarding the custom menu, due to
MultiAVCHD bugs and limitations don't use "setup" on titles
other than the main movie, it would lead to a crash on
most players. Otherwise all titles play fine.
And for language audio and subtitles selection just use your player
remote controls menu and buttons
to switch, it's easier.
